Kurt Bradley | Certified Personal Trainer

Kurt holds the National Federal of Personal Trainers certification and is in his fourth year of personal training. He utilizes an approach of nutrition and understanding of metabolic process in his fitness approach.

Kurt is NFPT (national federation of personal trainers) certified.  An NFPT certification holds a gold standard in the fitness industry.  He currently works as a personal trainer at Kinetix Fitness in Chapel Hill, NC.  A lifelong baseball player who made it to the collegiate level at Belmont Abbey College, he knows what it takes to perform at a high fitness level.  He is the strength and conditioning coach for the Carborro High School baseball team in Carrboro, NC.  His clients range from ages 16-84.  He is in his fourth year of personal training and is currently pursuing a degree in nutrition.  There isn’t a personality he hasn’t dealt with or a question he hasn’t been asked.  He takes pride in helping individuals reach their goals and is passionate about educating his clients about exercise, nutrition and all other aspects of being physically fit.  His knowledge, experience, and desire are unmatched. Just a few of his specialties include kettlebells, bodyweight training, interval training, and bootcamp style workouts.  His knowledge about nutrition is priceless and his understanding of the metabolic process make him a true asset to any client.

Scott earned a business management degree from Appalachian State University and is pursuing his certified personal trainer accreditation. His passion is fitness and helping others attain their fitness goals. He has 5 years experience in the fitness industry and specializes in devising exercise routines for weight loss, strength gain, increasing muscle mass, as well as motivation for getting started in a fitness routine.

Scott’s zest for fitness and health is strong and he works our regularly. His specialties lie in the following areas:

  • Motivation for initiating a fitness/work out regiment

  • Devising exercise routines for gaining muscle mass
